About Stephanie Callaghan

I'm Stephanie Callaghan and I LOVE real estate! It just took me a while (almost 20 years) to figure out that it should be not just my career, but my very own business. I studied Engineering and Business at Virginia Tech and graduated with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Business Administration. After college, I enjoyed a very successful career in IT consulting where I developed strong negotiation, customer service, analysis, and project management skills. I was good at my job, but I eventually realized I wasn't passionate about it. I have always had an interest in real estate (my mom and grandmother were both in the business) and as my four children were heading into middle school and high school, I decided it was time for a change. It was the best decision!

I honestly love what I do! I am excited every day to help my clients navigate one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. My goal is to be your trusted Real Estate advisor. I am not a salesperson. Instead, I am your consultant, expert adviser, and guide. I am committed to making your home sale or purchase an enjoyable experience and getting you the best results possible. I promise to always listen, answer your questions, ease your concerns, and expertly handle the entire transaction. I will always be straightforward and accountable, act with integrity, and treat you with respect. I currently reside in Ashburn with my husband, four children, and dog. When I am not working, you can find me volunteering with our community and high school sports teams or watching one of my kids competing in soccer, swimming, basketball, football, or volleyball. Sometimes you might even find me competing on the soccer field myself!

ABOUT SWEET AIR HOMES
When I was deciding on a name for my business, I thought a lot about what home means to me and the feelings I associated with the different places I have lived. We moved around a lot when I was growing up, but when I was about 12 years old we moved to a new neighborhood called Sweet Air Manor. This was the first place we lived that truly had a neighborhood feel. There were a lot of kids around my age and we were always outside playing wiffle ball, soccer, basketball, and more. We swam, rode bikes, and hung out at a neighbor's half pipe. Some kids went to public school and some went to private school, but we shared a special friendship in the neighborhood.

Everyone has their own reasons and goals for home ownership, and my goal is the help my clients find that special place that gives them the warm and wonderful feelings that I get when I think about growing up in Sweet Air Manor.
